Please block walk with us on February 4th.
You may be saying what is a block walk (“canvass”) and/or why do we do it. One of the key aims of block walking is to persuade undecided voters and reinforce support among existing backers. With direct conversations at the doorstep, canvassers engage in addressing voters’ concerns, share the candidate’s or cause’s vision, and inspire a positive change in opinions. We work to build authentic relationships and drive voter engagement, plus collect valuable information that improves our voter outreach strategy and make sure our message resonates with voters.
The purposes of these canvasses are twofold. First, we want to get people out to vote in the upcoming Democratic Primary (Election day is March 5 and early voting runs from February 20 – March 1). We want to get people in the habit of voting. As you are aware, the…
